FINCA Bank Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Training Coordinator.

Reports to: Head of HR Department
Department: HR Department
Duty Station: Head Office

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Communicates upcoming training information (lists, schedules, agendas) to trainees and their respective Department and Service Centers;
** Organizes training logistics;
** Participates in training materials design, set up and handouts preparation processes;
** Acts as back up trainer for different internal training sessions upon demand;
** Participates in training or study course tests design process;
** Organizes New Employee Orientation (NEO) training sessions and coordinates process;
** Provides support in Internship program implementation, may participate in recruitment process; coordinates the program and ensures successful internship including intern`s attestations, collecting evaluations, etc.
** Participates in development of subject matter experts reserve pool, supports in development of knowledge delivery skills enhancement;
** Maintains up to dated records in new hires and trainees lists, training calendars, databases, schedules, agendas and other information sources;
** Administrates FLZ System. Particularly: Leads tech - trainers Capacity building for eLearning; creates courses; monitors and supports course registration and content development; Produces FLZ video tutorials, provides e-learning tutorial sessions as required
** Coordinates Front Office staff professional attestation process, including upload of professional tests, attestation process administration and conducting, reporting and analysis of outcomes as per procedure and policy.
** Participates in Employee Newsletter preparation, including data entry, page and blog preparation, information collection and etc.
** Support in Employer Branding activities, including but not limited to: special projects, translation of materials and other;
** Prepares reports upon request;

Required qualification and skills:

** University Degree in in Social Science,
** Training of Trainers certificate from reputable course provider. Working experience in business, finance or in banking sectors;
** Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Trainer or training Coordinator;
** Fluency in English, Russian and Georgian;
** Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Outlook, MS Visio).
