| International engineering company EPTISA is looking for an Interpreter/Administrative Assistant for Tbilisi office.
General scope of work: Provides administrative, translation and other support to members of the Project in Georgia.
** Act as Interpreter for the project international Team Leader, local supervisors and support members, as required.
** Maintain a filing system.
** Process all ingoing and outgoing mails and documents on a daily basis.
** Attend project meetings.
** Assist Team Leader in preparation of minutes of meetings.
** Assist Team Leader in preparation of monthly/quarterly progress reports.
** Bachelor`s degree in English Language, humanitarian studies.
** Working experience in a similar position.
** Preferably working experience in translating technical documentation (for infrastructural projects)
** Fluency in verbal and written English/Georgian language.
** Good experience in using computer facilities required for developing the work as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
** Good communication, and facilitation skills.
** Hard working, detailed oriented, and able to manage multi-task effectively.
** Good administration and interpersonal skills.
