Selected candidates will undergo a brief training course from the company staff in order to be better prepared for the job.
** Providing customers with the high-quality service;
** Respond to the incidents reported by the customers;
** carry out various operations on databases;
** Preparing reports;
** Management / monitoring of existing customer accounts;
** Keeping in touch with the partner companies;
** Tactical response to detecting technical shortcomings;
** Identifying problems and transferring them to the appropriate team.
** Knowledge of the English language is a must (min. B2);
** knowledge of MS Office programs;
** Analytical, logical, quick thinking skills;
** Ability to manage time efficiently;
** Rapid response to problems.
** Anny additional languages will be considered an asset
