An international development company is announcing an open position of Administrative assistant.
** Education: University degree preferably in Finance/Economics/Marketing;
** Experience: Minimum experience in a similar job will be preferred;
** Language: Proficiency in oral and written communication in Georgian and English is requested, in Russian is preferable (will be tested);
** Knowledge: Computer skills - Outlook, MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - advanced user), Internet. Experience with google analytics would be a plus;
** Other skills: Enthusiastic, good attitude, hospitality skills, ability to work independently, communication skills, a good responsible ability to perform clerical/administrative duties.
** Assisting management of the company;
** Answering phone, emails and all other correspondence;
** Managing social media pages of the company;
** Translating documents, acting as an interpreter at the meetings;
** Researching, E-browsing;
** Managing day-to-day administration and filling;
** Coordinating correspondence;
** Preparing invoices and/or legal agreements;
** Reporting to the Head office;
** Organizing travel arrangements;
** Hosting guests;
** Other tasks assigned specifically by the management.
Salary: will be determined based on the qualifications of the candidate.
Office Location: Vake, Tbilisi.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 18:00.
